I would just say; don't bother.

First it would be your environment; I promise you if you don't have an ounce of drive for anything and was placed in a room living with 4 other guys which are adamant to do something you would develop some drive to do something, i promise you.
Now I'm not saying to do that, that situation is basically unrealistic, but you get the jist of it.

So my first task for you would be just to make sure your room is clean, just do you bed, fold your clothes ect.
This will set sparks which will develop a good work effort which you can use on whatever you really want.

from that you kinda have the blue print of what to do, switch your diet from slop to something else, learn something small, etc etc
