If youre at this stage of alcoholism dont do any chores. Your main goal should be quitting alcohol. Let the dishes pile up for a few days while you battle withdrawals.

I used to not do a fuxking thing unless I was drinking. Cook. Drink. Clean. Drink
Dishes. Drink. Go to store. Drink. Go for walk. Drink. Shower. Drink. Sometimes. Like the only reason to get out of bed is cuz I could drink. Then I went sober for three months and I guess it kinda went away. Moving and being poor as fuck also helped I guess. Idk. I fucking hate life and wish I was drinking rn
