Whatever white people eat, except tuna or green bean casserole. I will not tolerate green bean or tuna casserole in my home. If you want to have sex with another man with my permission then we can pick a bull that makes you orgasm together but I will not eat a casserole.

okay, but what about tuna *noodle* casserole
>>
I don't have the sense of smell and taste to care too much about it. As I got older I just stopped being so picky about food for that reason, but can't say I enjoy the different flavors or things like that.
>>
>>85575264
Casseroles will be forbidden in my abode. If my caucasian wife so ever does then we shall be getting divorced immediately.
>>
>>85575267
that's very depressing, anon. feels bad

you're really missing out, tuna noodle casserole is superb cuisine

I'd be happy with any dish, since no one has cooked for me since I was a kid
>>
>>85575308
okay, well if you *had* to be specific, what would you want anon?
>>
>>85575286
I believe in eating solids. If the consistency and texture is too mushy and slimy then I start flailing and having a powerful seizure. Like when a bug crawls on you in the middle of the night and you accidentally stangle all three of your children because you have post partum schizophrenia
>>
>>85575323
I just wanted to talk about food and you had to bring up that demon, thank you

okay anon, so if I were to say there is a budget spaghetti cabonera that uses parmesean cheese and bacon instead, would you still eat it?

do you get a lot of ladies with that one?

I've never seen you looking so lovely as you did tonight
I've never seen you shine so bright, mhm-hmm
I've never seen so many men ask you if you wanted to dance
They're looking for a little romance, given half a chance
And I have never seen that dress you're wearing
Or the highlights in your hair that catch your eyes
I have been blind
>>
I like chinese and korean food a lot, so those. But the chances of me getting an eastern asian qt are 0.
>>
>>85575363
so...do you have a food that relates to that or not, anon?
>>85575370
are you open to someone trying to replicate that kind of cuisine?

duh, obviously. did your momma never teach you to be grateful for your meals when someone else cooks for you?
>>

yes, well, I just wanted to make sure :)

>>85575213
All the food. I'd be very pleased if she forcused on Asian cuisine and is able to descern my tastes and execute. Maybe she can start with a Japanese curry or some stir fried veggies. I'm not holding my breath though, women just haven't been good cooks in like a hundred years.

If she is unable, then maybe bread? I love a crusty loaf that is nice and chewy.
>>
>>85575430
I feel like stir friend veggies would be easier to make than bread, not going to lie

>what kind of food would you want your wife to cook for you, anon?
Just make average dinners, stock the freezer with homemade snacks, and have the macros dialed in. Just write it on a piece of wide masking tape like
>protein
>carbs
>fat
>calories

Tall ask, I know, because it would require a woman to learn how to use a kitchen scale, a stand mixer, an oven, an immersion blender, know how to clean a pan in the sink, etc. I don't know if there's a single one up to the task. I think men are probably more suited to the cook role nowadays, not even being judgemental or antifeminist here. If it causes so much stress and anguish for women then it's not worth dividing the labor that way. Maybe she can clean laundry or something.
>>
>>85575462
You might be surprised. Good stir fried veggies are cooked at a high heat so it fully cooks while keeping it crispness. You have a very shot window to season to taste. It gets even more complicated if you're using more than just salt, like if you're using cooking wines, msg, aromatics, and starch slurries. I haven't even gotten into prep and seasonality of Chinese veggies.
>>
>>85575589
would all of that really be average dinners though? that seems more like a specific diet that would require some research beforehand
>>85575593
well, you're right, but with bread you have to be really precise with measurements and it takes a decent amount of time compared to stir frying

Does picrel look like average dinners to you?
>research
Making a recipe and keeping track of the macros of the ingredients is not more complicated than opening a page of The Joy of Cooking and then just following the recipe. Plus nowadays you can just take a picture of the nutrition facts of something you've bought and then tell an LLM to keep track of it for you.

>You have a very shot window to season to taste. It gets even more complicated if you're using more than just salt, like if you're using cooking wines, msg, aromatics, and starch slurries
I am delighted to share an actual pro-tip for you at this exact timestamp to answer the timewaste question for Asian style recipes.

This guy also has a pretty definitive fried rice video. I'd check out his channel if I were you.

>>85575620
Yeah bread is hard. There's no adjustments you can make once it goes in the oven. A good end product is a sign of a labor of love. Well I suppose that goes for every food, but bread more so because it's something that takes most of a day.

>>85575589
When it comes down to it, kitchen work just isn't very dainty. It's very tiring on the hands. I can't imagine a current era woman deboning a chicken and feeling chipper the rest of the evening, and don't even mention dishes.
>>
>>85575213
First of all, she'd be my long term gf, marriage is patriarchal bullshit and I don't want it. Second of all, I'd like to cook with her, rather than have her perform the bullshit traditional gender roles of cooking for me

As for what food... I'd like to cook Indian, Chinese, Pakistani, Middle Eastern eastern, and Ethiopian food with her

I do most of the cooking. But on holidays, she likes to make pierogi from scratch, which is always a treat.
>>
>>85575244
casserole has a bad name, cause it's usually made with leftovers in an ad hoc way; as a "get rid of this shit before it spoils" dish. But when it's made intentionally with fresh ingredients bought specifically for the dish, it can be very good. Baked Ziti and lasagna are casserole dishes.

I cook for my gf a lot because I'm her little bitch boy. She offers to help and also make food but I feel like I feed her a lot. She asked for chicken marsala the other night. I made it for her after she was at work for a long day. I didn't use marsala though. I used a white wine because I'm still learning how to shop for wine. I had to ask chatgpt for help. It also had mushrooms served over bowtie pasta. I forget what else was in it. She said I should be proud of it. We had enough so she could have for lunch the next day. I also had leftover salad for both meals from a different meal. She calls me a house boyfriend but I work gigs sometimes and do uber. I'm on SSDI as a DAC with schizophrenia since my early 20s and one day hope to join the economy as a full fledged worker if I can't find purpose with my current lot in life.

I don't mean kitchen work like some kind of hotel cooking job
Homecooking is dainty and prissy as hell especially with technology consistent with the century we're living in. Kitchenaid standmixer for example.
>I can't imagine a current era woman deboning a chicken
I mean at least we don't have to go fetch one from outside and chop its head off and then defeather it like in vietnam or some shit. It's a few swipes with a knife and then a few twists. But honestly I'd rather just get the palettes of chicken breasts from the supermarket anyway.

>>85575746
>well, I can't say those look like average meals to me personally, *but* they look good so I'd try it.
It's like, noodles and oats and shit. Food staples.
What are you imagining is a normal meal?
>Also forgive if I sound stupid, but what is an LLM?
Like chat gpt.
>>
>>85575858
For me a normal meal is something like:

>meat (usually chicken or fish)
>mashed potatoes
>vegetable (like green beans or something)

I rarely eat noodles for dinner unless it's spaghetti
>>
>>85575699
Oh god, I can't agree with that. It'd make everything taste similar. I grew up using those separately, esepcially magi and oyster. Though I'm sure that still tastes fine. And man, not the seame oil, not the cooking wine. Those are things that are added at different points in the cooking. And then the overuse of sesame oil makes me think of korean or westernized recipies. And then he goes into what he calls the flavor pro max, which is a even stronger reason not to use the AP mix.

Using different variations and several ommissions of any of the ingredients would result in vastly different, maybe even superior, identities of the dishes. The AP seasoning would have its own identity, which reders it unable to be all purpose, imho.

Oh, he's a barbaric northerner, figures. /s
>>
>>85575878
>staple protein
>staple starch
>staple fibrous vegetable
Really? That's so out of this world I can totally see how you wouldn't even have the faintest conception of a recipe for chicken, rice, and edamame
>>
I will not ever have a wife and will die alone. To answer your question though, it'd be American/European(not eastern european) food. I can't really stomach ethnic meals. Actually come to think of it, some asian food might be fine as well. I really enjoyed having bulgogi and korean fried chicken before
>>
>>85575900
erm, that's not what I was talking about
I never have eaten noodles for dinner, is what I meant
>>
>>85575906
don't be so pessimistic anon, maybe one day you'll get your wife to make you some bulgogi
>>
>>85575895
>Though I'm sure that still tastes fine
Yes, if you do the fundamentals correctly and consistently, then they 80/20 and carry for everything else. That's basically every human activity.

If you put the seasonings together that you like, in the ratio that you like, then it expedites the process. If you were seeking expedience, then do that. I've been doing that for stir-frying and I'm enjoying how it saves time.
>>
>>85575850
Never made it although I have helped my ex wife make taco casserole. Taco meat. Covered in a can of nacho cheese. A can of enchilada sauce. Can of drained corn topped with tater tots. Maybe some shredded cheese.
>>85575858
Wtf is this? I can eat one pound of lean meat and get 100g of protein.
>>
>>85575989
>Wtf is this?
It's a meal that goes down slightly better and covers more nutritional bases than steamed chicken breast blended into a carton of chicken bone broth and a scoop of whey

>I can eat one pound of lean meat and get 100g of protein.
Omg we got a motherfucking field's medal award recipient in arcanine
>>
>>85576030
IDK why ur wasting your time fucking around in the kitchen when you could eat a chicken breast then go out and find some pussy or something. Lmao. There's really no point to eating beyond sustinence.
>>
>>85575989
taco casserole sounds very good actually, will have to remember that
>>
>>85575213
I'm not bad at cooking, so it'd be cool if ms.wife could bake. The best I can do there is a chocolate chip cookie.
>>
>>85576108
what kind of stuff would you want baked?
>>
>>85576065
>why ur wasting your time fucking around in the kitchen
Cause it's easy and takes like 10-15min.
I'm also not a competitive bodybuilder trying to rabbit-starve myself to <10% bodyfat but I do understand the utility of aggressive cutting.

>and find some pussy or something
That would be a tremendous waste of time in comparison, even assuming it's successful, forming insoluble psychic bonds with complete strangers or mild acquaintances is a flagrant net negative. I'd rather pairbond with one woman and then focus on progressing my life.
>>
>>85575213
I dunno I just eat cereal and plain burgers
