I forgot what that was even like. It's been years, I used to rely on my girlfriend to sleep and wouldn't be able to fall asleep if she wasn't on the phone with me.

probably, like everything else about having a gf aside, the bare minimum of having someone lying in bed next to you would keep you from doomscrolling or otherwise procrastinating shutting off the lights and going to sleep.

I had a gf 13 years ago. When she slept with me i would be happy to go to sleep early and cuddle with her. Now that i am alone i am up all night and it sucks ass.
I need to be drunk or on drugs to fall asleep these days.
