This would be fine on its own but it's combined with huffing your own farts and both thinking it's some incredible creation and that everyone should worship you for it. Therefore these people will spam it everywhere and show it to everyone no matter if it's appropriate place for it or not.
This is caused by either low intelligence or mental illness.

As for the AI part, the people I described used to at least be limited in their output, since even making a dogshit drawing of a dogshit idea takes some time and effort and the results won't look pretty, therefore they couldn't spam it so much because making something new took them time and the results could be bad enough for them to reconsider posting and if not they were usually mocked for it so in the end they usually kept themselves to their own personal corners like DeviantArt pages.
Now that AI is here, anything can be done with no effort in seconds, therefore you can just spam it endlessly because making a new one takes just a minute. There's no longer any second thoughts about posting because AI's results are good enough while also providing a layer of separation - it wasn't actually done by them so if anyone mocks it they won't feel any shame since AI made it this way.

So now we are flooded with endless dogshit threads with AI generated images that say nothing - because the barriers of effort and shame were completely removed thanks to AI. Resulting in billion CWCs posting everywhere wanting to be seen and appreciated while making everything worse.
