i dont know if i'll make more but the planned story after what you've seen is:
>party naturally ends late at night
>Jacquier goes in backrooms to speak to his father (The Lord) who is meeting with Lord Bruce
>Lord Bruce was sent to evict him because the church is seizing his Lordship and land for financing sorcerers
>He has his guards attack Lord Bruce so Lord Bruce executes him right there.
>Jacquier is startled and they tell him he is evicted, he resists the eviction so they beat the shit out of him and throw him into the streets
>Jacquier walks the streets at night until a group of guys recognize him and blame his family for their poverty and beat the shit out of him ending with them cutting a smile on his face and bonking him in the head with a log to kill him and throw him in the river
>he floats down the river indeterminate amount of time and wakes up with brain damage it triggers trauma induced psychosis and he goes insane (aka he becomes The Joker except i dont call him that ever)
ultimately its his revenge story. Bruce is a sadist with forced serfdom in his own territory who punishes the slightest crime with the harshest punishment (cutting off a poor person's hands for stealing food for example) and at night dresses up as "The Black Devil" (not Batman but black outfit with horns) to convince his people The Devil himself is out at night punishing them for their sins, but really its just an excuse for his own sadism.

the rest of the story is basically Jacquier looking like disheveled filthy street scum going increasingly insane wanting revenge against Lord Bruce and the aristocracy in general for stealing all his privilage and long after that he eventually becomes a man of the people a sort of Robinhood and learned empathy and becomes a bit of an antihero and matures, despite starting off a spoiled aristocrat with no empathy who never experienced hardship

but im thinking when Jacquier essentially becomes a robinhood man-of-the-people anti-hero type guy he organizes a massive villager uprising against the tyrannical aristocrats, since he cant win directly on his own
