Why women/girls have to be so evil or is it my fault that I was born unapproachable, since kindergarten almost no girl has approached me talk unless they wanted something, the last time I had a conversation was when I was in elementary and I'm 19 now which of course some of you will say that I'm still young but think about it if you hadn't done something with any girl in your teenage years when are you supposed to? When you become a balding 50y man? And now I also have to waste one year of my life to do mandatory military service but seeing all those girls enjoying a more leisurely life with getting any partner they want to is just infuriates me in a way, I've tried to talk online but every time I send them my face they just stop afterwards also that I'm a bit retard when writing but I don't want to just be sleeping while hugging my pillow just so to know how it feels to hug someone in sleep, I don't want anymore of that and I hate that I'm so resentful of others but I can't fix it I don't think I'll ever change

Women only like strength, go to gym, or if you don't like gym buy dumbells. Blast shoulder and arms mainly, and the rest as well but you can more lax. Consistency beats everything do 3x12-15 at a weight that tires you and burns well, do 3x a week, don't push yourself and hurt yourself, this would put you back.
