Let's say someone was walking at night and a stop sign started talking. It doesn't say anything specific to that person, instead it sounds like someone is speaking far away or like when you leave a tv on in another room. It stops when that person stops and looks at the sign. There is no other sounds and it definitely came from the stop sign. Let's say that he is too scared to investigate and just goes home. What could that be in your opinion?
>>85579904If this happened and I could get confirmation I wasn't experiencing schizophrenia or anything and I stopped taking meds and changed habits or whatever I would probably start testing radio frequencies and maybe some other science stuff I would learn a crap ton about when it comes to noise and sound and vibrations I would do that to see if there's any direct connection and if I could make it less fuzzy sounding and clear the audio If I could confirm it and I could record it and I could replicate it I would probably report the findings to a reputable and trusted scientific foundation

Sometimes wiring in buildings/fences/etc. line up in just the right way to receive radio transmissions, and when wind or another force blows against metal or something else sturdy and attached to the wiring, it can act like a "speaker" and play the faint radio sounds. If you work security at night like I do, you'll often come across this eerie phenomena in old empty buildings. I also used to live in a house that had this in the hallway and when I closed all of the doors, it'd be audible enough to hear the voices and music.
