Housing prices are high because home owners refuse to lose equity in their houses. New construction houses suck because workers cut corners and that also damages the house resulting in immediate need for expensive repairs. Food is expensive because people perceived 3rd worlders as taking their jobs, but they wont work as hard or as cheap resulting high prices and agriculture labor shortages. You cant just grow produce in your back yard but people will still import it to avoid working and then complain about how expensive it is. Its the most labor intensive field and then was transported around the world, of course its expensive. People complain about job market, but that is 100% the obese lazy HR workers just power tripping and making you jump through hoops while they use buggy software to minimize their work, then tell their clients nobody is qualified enough and they cant find anyone. Everyone is lazy and entitled, their primary goal is to maximize the minimum.
