April 2025.I was shocked to see 4chan down, apparently raided by some people known as the "arty"? I was dealing with a roller coaster of emotions. confused. Enraged. Disappointed. I've heard of them before, but I didn't know they possessed the ability to do something like this. It was sometime at 8:00 pm, for me. I just finished doing some work for a school project. I decided it was getting late, so I got some food and went back to my place. I decided to go to this "sharty" place. I was dumbfounded. If 4channers are the losers of the internet, these guys are even worse. They have an entire subculture, where they post "jaks", edits of millennial men with neckbeards making surprised faces. Is this supposed to be them? Are they depicting themselves? I didnt get it. Still dont. Whatever, I went to sleep.I woke up this morning. It was around 7:00 AM. I instinctively go to 4chan out of habit. It was down of course, and now I hear it likely will be for the rest of the week. I realise how much time I have actually wasted on this site. Probably hundreds of hours, maybe 1000 at least. What could I have done in that time? I could have learned a language, I could have learned an instrument, I could have gotten a girlfriend, an internship, something, anything. Honestly I am very fatigued. Video games bring me less joy. Same with watching cartoons. It was at this point, earlier today, realizing I want my life to turn around. I want my life to be good, I want to feel loved, I want someone to love me. Thats my mission now. 4chan has wasted my life and given little in return. I dont think I plan to go back. Im going to improve. Im going to study harder. Im going to work out harder. Im going to make and save more money. I deserve a good life, my parents deserve a good son, and so does my future girlfriend, and perhaps wife.So in conclusion, I want to say, Thank you for opening my eyes. Good night.

could have but wouldn't havegood luck and good night and see you next week
>>85580443>I dont think I plan to go back. Im going to improve. Im going to study harder. Im going to work out harder. It could work, but IMHO what works better is another kind of motivation, where you don't feel like you work hard, but your identity just gradually changes, and so you don't feel like your working hard, it's just who you are and what you do. You didn't have to force yourself to play videogames, right? It was just who you are, you were a gamer. Same thing here.Well, it's easy to say of course, but I think that this motivation works better, it's a stronger foundation.
I was there. I was there in twenty five. I sat and watched as the Mikus appeared at the top of the page. At first I was scared. But then I felt calm.
>>85580443>Be janny>Decide you want to impress some discord tranny>False flag /qa/ knowing that they have offsite bunkers (The exact scenario that let 8 beat the shit out of 4chan for years btw)>Have no follow-up plan even, just allow them to advertise their bunker to every general you're harassing and ruining>Eventually they recruit all the most disgruntled, dedicated, and knowledgeable anons>Keep fucking with them anyways, decide to put an /lgbt/ stick on their locked board>They hack your site, dox you, and leak every vulnerability in the backendSoi1337 was a fucking /brit/ poster, some Janny just had to not be a faggot for one time in his fucking life to avoid the 2025 hack.
