Again, I think GW just chooses not to think too much about the overlap between realities so they just don't address those sorts of questions. It's funny because in 40k quite a few characters have actually gone to the gods domains in the warp, including an ork that went to Khorne's world and has spent centuries just killing daemons because he likes a fight. In Total War Warhammer 3, which is a Fantasy game, the whole campaign is based on going to each god's domain and one of the gifts you can find there is a 40k chainsaw, but that's about as much cross contamination as GW allows
