Yes, entry level jobs are rejecting white men. I know it because I've worked at a big department store for years, had hundreds of coworkers and none of them were white and male. If they were white, always female and I mean always. The ONLY white male in my job is the manager.
>>
nords run this part of the map
you're never really gonna feel the need to leave

white men mostly just become trans women.

Gee I can't imagine why people would not want to have an incel future mass shooter as their work colleague.

I work at a major national department story in a big city and both for my department and every other, for the past 3 years, the only males that get hired are nonwhite or queer. I haven't had a new straight white-ish male coworker since early 2023. I even have 2 male trannies and 2 masculine-presenting females. I've been here long enough to know how unlikely it is that you can find more young gays and trannies for these roles than you can straight white males.
>>

I have never worked with a white guy before that wasn't gay, either. And he was the only one (bath and bodyworks). I've worked multiple jobs.
>>
Jesus it really is that bad. You'd think such a large sector of the population wouldn't be borderline nonexistent in the workforce. This isn't even me being white worshipping or a nazi, I actually feel bad for them.
>>
>>85592909
I share the same experience.
And when you say the truth on 4chan, a place supposed to be where rejected and anonymous white males at least have the right to speak, all you get is bot replies.
Think about it. Why would real people hating white males spend their days here on incel chans ?
These bots are made to make you doubt your own perceptions, and silence truth tellers. They simulate a grassroots consensus that what you said is unimportant, false, or ridiculous.
Rarely, a real person like me comes up after one hour. Buth then the thread mysteriously insta-dies.

It's not a sympathy thing, it's systematic exclusion from financial opportunities. My organization is owned by straight white males and yet this is the reality even so. It is deliberate by the NWO.
>>
on today's episode of coping neonazi losers: the neonazis pretend that they're being oppressed and are unhireable because they're white (lol), when in reality, it's because they have no social skills, don't take showers and are rude to random non white people for no reason

Is it that straight, white men are not being hired, or is it that they're not applying?

I consider retail to be women's work.
>>
>>85593357
If there's a youth joblessness crisis then it's impossible to believe not a single one would apply for one of the easiest fields to get into. This is no economy to be picky in; and if it was, they'd still be hired, but simply leave soon after. Instead, they never make it past the door. Again, for years.

I find most of the young white guys working at grocery stores or fast food. I don't see much of them working at stores like Macy's or Beall's
>>
around me young white men are most likely to do a trade so they can make more than minimum wage

This thread is full of working class nonwhite anons talking about an observed reality in the US.
>>

Dude I've literally worked with white women who smell like onions and most of my coworkers have average social skills. You do not need to be a social savant for retail. I'm autistic and still managed.
>>
>>85593408
No I see white guys working at big chains like Target. Mostly older ones though.
>>
>>85593498
Eh, I would consider target under the grocery store umbrella. You're going to find white guys working at most supermarkets and grocery stores.

How would you like it if you were white and male and discriminated against for it? You don't really care about equality, if you think you're an exception just because of your identity being different. What you are is similar to a noble class that thinks of themselves as superior merely because of who they are, rather than their circumstances.

>on today's episode of coping people-I-don't-like losers: the people-I-don't-like pretend that they're being oppressed and are unhireable because they're white (lol), when in reality, it's because they are white, can't afford soap, and are distant to everybody for their own protection from the legal and social systems in place that disadvantages them from elementary school to late adulthood.

>Is it that straight, white men are not being hired, or is it that they're not applying?
Why would you apply for a place that's just going to throw out your resume from the get go with AI, if it's even a real job in the first place?

>I consider retail to be women's work
In august, 98% of new jobs went to women. The cope used is that it's because all the job growth was in fields like healthcare and teaching, that are dominated by women. Men who are nurses get actively discriminated against, just like how women were discriminated against for being CEOs in the 1970s, but even that doesn't explain the extreme lopsided difference. There is currently both gender discrimination working against men for such jobs, including retail, and a shift in the kinds of jobs that exist and have a future from traditionally male to traditionally female. And we're not going to se ANY moves to help men get into such fields from feminists because they've already moved on from justifying their position via the circumstances of the demographic to the identity of the demographic, which is to say "I'm oppressed because I'm female" rather than "I'm oppressed because of my material conditions."

Those companies require more staff because they're bigger. They can't afford to be as picky.

Female-dominated retail workplaces tend to suffer because women have lower strength. I work at a place that sells furniture and female coworkers have injured themselves carrying heavy boxes and oftentimes they need multiple women carrying one box of furniture twice their size. There are items that are on high shelves most of the women are too short to reach, there are ladders but the big ones are heavy as shit to carry as well. Physical jobs are male-dominated for a reason but retail includes physical work that most women especially older women are not good at handling. The strongest woman we had was a butch lesbian supervisor lmao.

>Female-dominated retail workplaces tend to suffer because women have lower strength.
Actually, I think they suffer because females score higher on agreeableness and care more about social harmony and group culture. Normally, if the system is bad, a guy just leaves. He doesn't try to fix it. The job of fixing it is left to the company. They pay men higher wages to keep them from leaving, consequently. This is compunded by the fact that women have a very high in-group bias toward other women.
>work at a place that sells furniture and female coworkers have injured themselves carrying heavy boxes and oftentimes they need multiple women carrying one box of furniture twice their size.
There is that. But again, they're the ones lying about being able to do the job and also still not leaving. And what's the female company going to do? Stop prefering to hire females? Fire their employees? Not gonna happen.
>There are items that are on high shelves most of the women are too short to reach, there are ladders but the big ones are heavy as shit to carry as well
If latters and stools work, it's fine. The point is that they can do the job.
>Physical jobs are male-dominated for a reason but retail includes physical work that most women especially older women are not good at handling. The strongest woman we had was a butch lesbian supervisor lmao.
This is why when you sign up for the job, it asks "can you carry 70 pound items?" If the women can do it, it's fine. The reason those businesses don't do very well is because of the work culture being feminized such that there's little competition for workers, little resson to pay the workers well, and little reason to change, because the alternative male culture retail is outlawed or culturally kept from happening.

Males might still make a male retail store. They'll get high wages. Then women will ecentially take the jobs, and reinvent the culture and wages will go down again via the mechinisms I described.
