I'm 28 now, I first started using this board back in 2013 entirely for entertainment purposes but stuck around a lot and made several friends from those kageshi/tc/skype rooms.My life is sort of stale and boring now. I just go to work, come home, read books and go to sleep. I was a hiki up until last year pretty much but then landed my first Amazon warehouse job. I also travelled abroad to Thailand and Japan for the first time a few months back.I don't come here anymore but I still every now and then try to come back to see if that one anon who kept making 25+ threads is still about but it seems like he disappeared. I feel nostalgic for 2015-2018 a lot now. Anyway, how is everyone else doing now?

34 been here since before it was deleted. I go through periods of 4chan addiction off and on. I find this board the best because it's relatable. I try to leave because everyone here is mostly sad and depressed and it's bad for your mental health, but I always come back. I met my first love on this board and losing her destroyed my life for years. In that period I couldn't come here because it was taboo for me, but eventually I crawled back and now I'm addicted again. Switching to phone posting has made it worse for me because I can type faster, scroll faster, multi tab quicker and post from anywhere. I had to delete tiktok because it was so addicting as well. I just scroll this board for endless novelty, spam responses in like 10 different threads at once, refresh constantly checking for yous. It's utterly deranged really and I need to get one of those simple phones that just make calls. But I won't. This website is so addictive.

Sadly reddit is going to shit as the company monetizes the website and allows rampant botting in recent years and especially after the IPO so seeing how old r9k is doing. Cool that it still exists but seems pretty dead here compared to how it was.Life is pretty good beyond aging which sucks but beats the alternative.
