I was Uber jeating because I find it fun to do for some quick cash after work and I dropped off at a trap house There were a bunch of white tweaker zombies smoking cigarettes in the back yard and it was boarded upI pulled up and there was no number signed to indicate the house number but I assumed it was because of the place on the map So I went up and I knocked on the door No answer I knocked again I saw somebody peeking through the blinds and it's a black guy He opened the door wearing some chains and he's said what I'm like is this insert three number digit combinationHe was like what numbers move along hold up who's you I said I'm with Uber eatsHe's like oh shit my bad young man you should have said that let me go ask my daughter then he slammed the door as hard as he couldNo answer for a few minutes until some gaunt looking older tweaker lady slowly started approaching from around the corner She was sober and we had a pleasant quick talk but she ended up telling me I should leave so I didDon't know what I avoided but I ended up just giving the food to the next person for an extra tip and they gladly obliged I do wonder what was going on it was very creepy but especially because church bells were going off as well in the background for a second or twoHis poor daughter probably didn't ever get her food and now she's really mad and yelling at him

Can't imagine being a delivery guy in a ghetto-ridden country. Luckily I have no such places in my country, so it's safe to deliver everything even at 4AM, because the worst that could happen to me is that I fall into a pit and break my bike.But genuinely, why do people become taxi drivers or delivery guys in places like the US?
