Her personality is formed as a survival mechanism in response to trauma and being surrounded by strong willed brutes all her life. You can however develop a strong sense of self, independence and pride. You might not find a guy exactly like Guts, but respecting yourself and making something of yourself will attract men, some of which might be similar to Guts. The thing about women like Casca, is that irl, they're almost always treated like dykes or attacked for being bitches if they don't have the chops to back it up.

Find something that you will pursue to mastery. Master it. Don't get caught up in the bullshit that you're told matters. These days people don't care about substance. They care about appearing like they have substance. That would disgust someone like Guts or Griffith. Most importantly, you need to surround yourself with peers you respect.Its all easier said than done, but those are the ingredients to becoming a person that someone like Guts would want. If it helps you to relate to Casca's character for your own growth, you should begin to ask yourself what Casca would do in your situation. You should also find other strong role models to aspire to, and continually ask what they would do, until one day you're asking, what would I do? Your real problem right now isn't that you need a man like Guts, it's that you need to find yourself, and imo, Guts would agree.
