We could've prevented both of those conflicts from either beginning or lasting nearly as long as they did as we were the ones who invaded Iran, and Israel is a client state of the US. We have not even for one moment not backed Israel 99%-100% during their endless mass slaughtering and bombing of Gaza. We cannot at all do the same thing with Russia-Ukraine, and we definitely can't for war-torn failed/failing states like Sudan/Ethiopia, of which we still did have sanctions and humanitarian aid campaigns. We did not cause those conflicts and we cannot feasibly end them anytime soon. There is also no perceivable benefit to giving massive amounts of military aid to one side like with Russia/Ukaine as Russia is one of the main antagonists of the US that has since fallen off a cliff due to our helping of Ukraine, but whatever results in Sudan/Ethiopia is not of nearly the same importance.
