How to improve 4chan -add an upvote system where users can upvote posts under a thread, the most upvoted posts go to the top of the thread.-make it necessery to have a 4chan account to post. Every account should have a username that 4channers can mention/reference.-make a mobile app to attract normies to the site and increase engagement.-double the salaries of the janitors so they are motivated to do more work.
