I think the closest thing that could come to it was back in my early school days I was spamming random letters on my keyboard and then putting.com at the end and stumbled upon a website

It was super flashy and it was super interactive it looked like it had been untouched since the early 1990s

It had like a mini game with this one spring looking thing

Just imagine an entire website with block images that are changing flashing colors and each image is its own magazine kind of thing

They all went on forever as you scroll down infinitely but I think it was just repeating itself
