Explain to me why the hardboiled FUCK the main people who give me a hard time at my warehouse job are old-fucks? Especially the men, it's twats ages 50+ who seem to have made it their life's mission to fuck with me non-stop. The criticizing, the shit-talk, the judgements, the constant whining, etc. I can't fucking wait for the next pandemic to finally put these shitstains in the ground by the truckloads. I'm just trying to do my job, and I have to deal with some geriatric fuck breathing down my neck over nothing.

No, it isn't my fault you're 60+ and still working. Skill issue tbqh.

I get along with the old folk just fine maybe you should work on how good of a job you do and how you treat other people because you don't have more life experience than those people and you have a lot to learn from them
>>
old people especially the boomer generation see younger people as a threat and their competition

they're utterly depraved and deranged

every other generation saw their progeny as their legacy and future but these unironically psychopathic karens treat you either as a resource to be exploited or an ego punching bag
>>

This is probably the most narcissistic thing I've heard on 4chan all week
>>
>>85683151
>boomer immediately gaslighting

everyone knows how you operate. don't scream at a teenage clerk this week because your life is miserable boomie
>>
>>85683144
I do an excellent job, and have even gotten acrylic trophies as a result. I don't bother anyone, I help when I'm asked, and I simply keep to myself. That sends these old twats into a flying rage for some reason.

>>85683145
And seeing as how I refuse to be that punching bag, maybe that's what does it for them; I'm not their nephew/grandson or whatever, and they have no dominion over me. They can't stand that fact.

You sound pretty autistic, I don't blame them for giving you such a hard time that you come to /r9k/ to bitch about it <3

>you sound pretty autistic
And just what's THAT supposed to mean?!
>>
>>85683133
Ball-breaking is just how boomers are. They got it worse than they're giving it to you. They're broken people. Don't take it personally.

>I can't fucking wait for the next pandemic
That was a one-in-a-lifetime event, kid. You shouldn't expect more than two, three more in your lifetime.
>>
>>85683133
By being a whiny fuck they push you to do more so they have less to do and most likely get less bitching from a supervisor to do something themselves. That's how seniority works at my place anyway. After getting some years in you can be a whiny fuck to the new kids too. I use my seniority to avoid working in a truck that only loads colon samples every night.
>>
>>85683177
I'm not really sure it just sounded cool in my head.
>>
>>85683181
Well, I just take solace in the fact that he'll be in the ground before I will (unless I get hit by a bus or something). Shit happened already when ANOTHER oldhead who gave me a hard time at this job for years got fired in 2020 (for stealing paper towels), and then come to find out he died in 2023. Get fucked, lol.

>>85683182
Nah, I'm pretty stoic at work. Quiet, to myself, and don't use my seniority (been here for 9 years) in the way you describe. Most new people don't even last long anyway.

>sounded cool in my head
Just like me speaking Japanese.
