Has anyone here had a small seizure or panic attack or something like that before?
When I got up to piss in the middle of the night it felt like my brain wasn't working properly, it felt broken for some reason like I couldn't think and like something was in it or there was too much fluid or blood or something, I couldn't move properly even less for someone being tired in the middle of the night. I got even went in to my parents bedroom and woke them up because I started panicking and my scalp started to feel weird and cold at the same time too it was like I had a small stroke or seizure or something and everything just felt awful. When I woke up again I felt normal.

write it down, talk to your parents about it, and go to the doctors for a checkup.

Probably just reduced bloodflow to the brain. Doesnt necessarily mean health issues. One time I was about to fall asleep but I woke up by suddenly coughing and when I sat up I started convulsing uncontrollably for about 3 seconds and I didnt even realize what happened until it was over and I had that same weird cold feeling afterwards as well. Never happened again

It could have been something medical but it also could have been a nocturnal panic attack. I used to get them all the time, the worst 2
>I couldnt see, I felt really really weird, I couldnt talk either, went to parents room and said I felt weird, felt hot and cold and collapsed on the floor for 30 mins, felt better after, this was after starting ssris
>another one, woke up in the middle of the night, couldnt move or feel my leg, dragged my self to the bathroom, couldnt stand up
I had brain mri and eletrical stroke tests on my hands and feet, totally normal, its worth getting it checked out for your own mental health but weird shit like that does happen

>Wake up one day
>Start crying uncontrollably for 20 mins
>Take a shit
>Everything feels better :)
