Why I think looksmaxing is weird is that it's a purely utilitarian philosophy like an optimized robot. I think not subjecting yourself to efficiency and being a lazy fuck, even if it leads to a far worse outcome and being a loser incel, is a more dignified way to live. Does anyone agree with this? I do think it's cool though how they would say this is cope and I'm just a pussy hiding in my own high inhib misery, while they do what they have to do to thrive. So I'm not fully convinced that I'm right. But like for example if Mozart had been trying to get laid instead of creating beautiful music it would be rather pathetic in comparison. There's something about a life free from status and optimization that is superior. And you could argue Mozart was getting laid and already looked good which is true, but Mozarts purpose wasn't to do those things, it was to create beautiful music, so his mental state was never fixated at any level on optimizing his life in a lot of aspects. Either way what do you think. I rather like the looksmaxers don't get me wrong, maybe I'm saying it from a personal perspective, although they can be somewhat eerie at times like Clavicular gives serial killer vibes.
