My parents say Im being vain when I want double jaw surgery, but I get some BDD from a lot of lightings or after showers when my hairline isn't hidden by my curly hair. Also has some health benefits like my airway isn't the best but it's not clinically bad either, sort of below average, and it would help my nasal breathing which is pretty bad, but there's other ways to improve that with like septum correction so it's like not 100% necessary for the nose but it would optimize it. The way I see it if I get this shit I can finally stop fucking obsessing over my looks and move the fuck on. What do you guys think? This is a bad lighting for example. But I can also post pics where I looks pretty handsome in my view. So they say I'm handsome and I don't need anything. There's some other mild benefits like I have to use a lot of force to nose breathe because my mouth doesn't close too well because my face is too long, so that doesn't look that good like I'm tensing my chin, but it's a minor thing really. Then there's the risks of nerve damage causing numbness, infection, needing a revision, relapse of the movements, joint problems, nerve damage that creates intense chronic pain you can't fix, looking worse if the plan is bad, etc. What do you guys think?

At least you aren't Indian. Be thankful for that.

>intense chronic pain you can't fix
Have you been in pain for prolonged periods of time? This shit is nightmare fuel.

Unless someone changes your whole skull shape I think it's over for you. I'm not even trying to be mean, recessed long faces are the worst looking.

they fix that. lefort 1 they cut your upper jaw and move it up. then they do "reduction genioplasty" where they make your chin shorter, then they also rotate the jaw which makes it more horizontal slope and shortens it vertically . you can go down like 2cm with all this. these are standard double jaw procedures not extra dangerous stuff.

not gonna lie, yeah youre unfortunate looking. normally id say white guys have it easier but some guys just dont have "it".
if youre a guy you either have it, or you dont. ive seen "ugly" or "conventionally unattractive" guys that just have "it" and its fucking baffling.

personally im starting to think that being raised in an environment in which you interact with women (or lack thereof) is at least partly responsible for this

kinda curious, what race are you? and if youre white, from which part of the world are you?
youre out here leaving this shit on multiple threads at the same time lmao

It's not their choice to make

Do whatever the hell you want with your own body that isn't harmful man in my opinion yeah I think it would improve your life because people treat people with crappy features like crap due to a whole bunch of science things so I see absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to fix what you perceive as a flaw that's affecting your own well-being negatively through body dysmorphic disorder as well as things in your life that have caused you to have the body dysmorphic disorder from the physical traits you have it from
