I'm literally at NW0 at 23. How do I keep my hair like this? I have minoxidil already but I only put it on when I feel like it.
I'm norwood 3 now I think. Daily fin for 6 years and minoxidil for about 3. I've buzzed it (#2) a few times and I liked how it looked neater but I'm fat (260lb) so the buzzed look is pretty ugly on fatsos. After two weeks it started looking like shit again with the sides growing thicker than the top. Do you want to buzz it constantly? What a pain in the ass IMO. Wish I could go a couple months between cutting my own hair like I used to in my 20's but I'm almost 40 now. I'm not vain enough to get a hair transplant when I'm putting in the bare minimum effort working on my body. I looked up norwood 5 and you're practically George Costanza, right? I mean yeah you could shave it off but I'm not sure about it for you. I watched a lot of seinfeld and curb your enthusiasm and the creator is bald like you and his opinions are all over those shows. If you get a toupee, it's a good look but it's a cope. You buzz your hair and wear hats all the time? again, looks good but it's a cope. There's really no winning. I think it's the same for your idea to get a transplant. It reminds me of Joel McHale. His balding was pretty bad and he's had to do like 5 transplants so far. Now it looks pretty good! But... you're not rich famous Joel McHale. Same with my Larry David lines. He thinks hats and toupee's are cope, but we're not billionaires like him so... There's no winning.
