we are so fking far off from agi it isnt even funny
try designing building permits for the most basic house you can get a permit for in your county to put on your own land
these houses can be made of concrete and steel since those materials dont burn and are stronger than wood and about the same cost
you should be able to design a eight thousand dollar house with ai which meets every code and has a septic tank but the ai are DUMB they dont know how to help people learn to do this let alone follow codes ad be safe on their own THEY ARE ALL STUPID and codes change EVERY YEAR and laws change EVERY YEAR software updates so the old knowledge the ai has which is deeply ingrained into the weights has to GET REMOVED which has shown to create EVEN MORE COMPUTE FOR THE SAME MODEL LEARNING
they are going to have to completely rebuild the models every two years just to keep tgem useful
