1. How much are you scrolling
2. How much doomerism are you consuming
3.do you have any hobbies at all whatsoever (it is easy to feel empty when you literally have nothing to do)
4. What is your physical condition like, are you actually healthy i.e getting sunlight, eating wholefoods and doing some form of exercising (doesn't have to be gymbro bullshit either)

a lot of the time it can be the symptoms of too much goying around
