As for mortgages and common home, if both have similar income its not such a big loss, as both share the burden, with current market even in case of divorce both sides could be better off afterwards. There are cases of fucboys divorceraping a woman, but you probably have to be a chad to pull that off. If you are hot enough you can get women even if you are a poor NEET. But at the end I think the biggest factor is income difference, the guys who get divorceraped the hardest are usually middle class betabuxs with a SHW or low income wife.
