Do you ever click on ads on youtube (for example)? Does anyone? Did anyone ever buy a product or sign up for a service because they saw a youtube ad?


It's so bad that ads are longer than videos now. Even other sites I use to watch movies or get games are full of ads to the point of being unusable most of the time.
Even official streams like ufc events skip walkouts in favor of ads now I think. I am not joking when I say ads will soon be longer than the actual content you're watching.

You can't block ads that are part of the stream tho. And that just a bandaid, which is fine, not a permanent large scale solution to this shitty trend
