>be me>start to workat this law firm as an intern>this very friendly introduces me to everyone>he's extra kind to me >found out he's the manager's son>hes still an intern for even though he's been at the company for years>one day we're taking care of some documents>everyone's correcting me because I'm new to this>this guy is crossing the line though>I feel like he's starting to pick on me>I ask a question and he yells "what did I just say, dumbass"?>I say , "hey, stop it">coworkers look at me like I'm gonna say something>we go on, pretend it didn't happen>he gives me an instruction >i do it just like he says and he says it's wrong>I think he's trying to be a smartass so I say "stop playing with me, you fool">he starts to pick on me even more after this>hes making my life difficult >coworker notices and tells me I should be careful cause complained saying I was disrespectful>He told me dude has a shady past>he did not mention the part where he yelled at me and called me a dumbass>One day he's giving me orders and I confront him>I ask him if has any issue with me and I know he complained>he says we should go and talk to supervisor>i explain what happened >he shamelessly acts like I'm the one starting it and he hasnt been trying to bully me>i explain to boss what happened>they sit with him about 10 minutes>they just sit with me 2 minutes and tell me I should work better>we shake hands and he doesn't even look at my face when we do it clearly madEver since this happened this guy hates me. He doesn't even say hi to me and tries to make my life difficult. Is this some sort of manchild I'm dealing with? I don't get his behaviour. I'm truly confused. This guy was very nice to me in the beginning, then behaved like an asshole. I truly don't get it . What's going on in the head of people like this?

The fact that you still have a job means that he's pulled shit like this before and he's in danger of attracting the wrong sort of attention, that nepotism can't fix. Stay the fuck away from him and try to connect with some higher-ups or at least make a good general impression on them. Only other option is quit.
