do you? or are you an individual who drinks coffee, milk, or ever scarier, soda? i only like tea and warm/hot water.
>>85722648my favorite beverage is earl grey tea, i dont like coffee
>>85722648I'm drinking a mountain dew voltage which is delicious, nutritious, and blue
tea is the best drink in the whole world.
Cappuccino every morning.
>>85722648 I used to drink a lot of tea and honestly I think that was the number one thing that made me chronically ill, not the tea itself, but the plastic kettles, plastic tea bags combined with boiling water is like the plastic version of the elephant's foot in Chernobyl. Not only that but the copious use of artificial sweetener.
I drink all those things.
>>85722648get a tea pot and decent leavesdump the first couple of washes unless you like it dark tannic and caffeiney.use for like twenty rinses then replace
I like cold brew oolong or southern style sweet tea but made with 0.5 cup sugar/gallon instead of the syrupy stuff most people call sweet tea. Sometimes I'll drink green tea but it's a little too niggly getting temperature right to drink all day compared to making a whole pitcher of oolong.
>>85722670yum!! and same>>85722678do you perchance drink water?>>85722708i have never tasted that... there are too many genres of coffee>>85722750yeah, too much of anything isn't good.>artificial sweeteneri never put any sugars or honey in my tea >>85722756and which brings you the absolute most happiness?>>85722856i will try this...
>>85722648I drink powdered 'erbs of all sorts
I drink like two or three cups of lemon balm tea for my schizophrenia everyday. It helps a bit.
I used to drink lots of black tea, but now I have sleep problems so I can't have any caffeine, and I've yet to find a good decaf tea.
>>85722920>and which brings you the absolute most happiness?Schweppes Indian Tonic Water. But since this is a tea thread, I tend to prefer black tea of various kinds. I drink it either with a lot of honey (I started putting in two spoons instead of 1 and it rocks) and even more lemon, or with a splash of milk and nothing else.
i really like tea. usually i don't really care much for brewing time, as long as it's not too overbrewed and bitter. i mainly drink oolong, black and herbal tea. apples, goji berries, dried dates, blabalbalba.recently i've been really liking my own milk tea.. especially if it's jasmine. since it saves me money and all..>>85722856you'll dilute the flavors if you do it that much no..
Cold water + 100mg caffeine pill every day. Some days are 50mg or 150mg.>>85722750Artificial sweetener disrupts the gut microbiome.>>85722978I like peach herbal tea if you can find a good brand.
>>85722978i used to drink black tea so much when i was younger but i got sick of it.>yet to find a good decaf teathere are a lot at my local grocery store, i hope you are able to find one though!!>>85722997i absolutely HATE tonic water lol>splash of milkdesu i am scared to put milk in my tea... though i feel like i have definitely had it before....>>85723024i don't concern myself with brewing time aswell, i really dislike bitter teas.my favorite herbal tea at the moment is hibiscus and rosehip, i like to add cinnamon sticks to it. it's pink and pretty.>>85723083to be honest i don't get the caffeine craze. it's not a necessity. do you take the pill because you are addicted to it? or do you feel like you need it to function?
>>85723199>desu i am scared to put milk in my teaYou should buy yourself a nice malty assam and put some cream in it desu
>>85722648I drink the roasted bean water.>dark roast>freshly ground with my mini blender>put the grounds in the French press>then fill the beaker with ice cubes>fill the rest of the beaker with filtered water>put the French press presser on top so the water doesn't get any refrigerator flavor - my fridge shelves are far apart enough to have the presser know stand tall>STEEP OVERNIGHT>plunge the presser, lift it up, plunge again, repeat x2>plunge half way & pourEvery roast has its own flavor when you cold brew with the French press.I still jizz it up with flavored creamer and whole milk. Super mellow. Not acidic. Tastes good. saves me a ton of money not buying mochas. Also mochas>boil milk>mix in a few teaspoons of sugar>mix in teaspoons of cocoa powder/baking cocoa>all to taste>mix mix mix>remove heatYou've got choccy milk my friend. No corn syrup.Mix it with the cold brew above to make a mocha coffee.
>>85723391Also if you let this mocha steep in the fridge over night, say you made too much. Oh god. It gets a dark chocolate flavor to it. Cover it up in the fridge overnight. Stir it up a little in the morning.It. Is. Divine.
I really like oolong tea especially
>>85723303noted!!>>85723391omg the roasted bean water looks soooo good... its totally my taste. but i would drink it warm>>85723422okay okay you are making it sound so appealing.... i am just so scared of liquid calories lol>>85723435i am realizing how popular it is
>>85723527oolong is just really versatile and tasty. breaks the white/black dichotomy and because of the curled leaves, is often good to reuse once or twice.
>>85723199First, tea (except herbal) and coffee both contain caffeine. If you're drinking either of those, or even soda or energy drinks, you're getting caffeine even if you're doing it for the taste / culture / hobby. Secondly, 100mg is about 1 cup of coffee or 1.5 cups of tea. I have a small bottle that gives me 100 tablets for ~6 dollars maybe, so, purely speaking to caffeine content, this is the most efficient and economical way. I do it when I have sleep deficit (routinely have sleep issues), and/or when I wake up dizzy. Idk why it happens, but the caffeine helps it go away. It's half medicinal in my case. This is way too much info for a half joke post, but you did ask so. I just don't frequently drink tea or coffee due to not liking most of them. The last tea I enjoyed was a strawberry oolong a while ago. Some peach black teas can be nice too.But honestly cold water can't be beat for most occasions.
>>85722648i enjoy plain black tea and the noble monster energy, plz mix them its actually really good
