For anyone that's done it, what was your experience with ordering an art commission from a twitter artist? I follow some artists since I love their style and sometimes they'll have commissions open. Do they usual follow through or keep postponing your art? Do they post it on their page or would I have to?

Exclusive rights cost more, but you can talk it of course. You will just have to go by references really, some don't even postpone simply disappear.
