I've never seen this in other Europeans, it's unique to them. My friend is Croatian and he's an otherwise intelligent, kind and sociable guy. 95% average in HS and attending a top uni. But I've seen him get into a couple altercations with blacks where, with other whites, they shirk back and try to defuse, but he is immediately aggressive and his eyes turn bloodshot and he acts like he's chomping at the bit to murder the black guy. Starts screaming at him, moving into his face etc. basically 0-100 instantly. Both times a physical altercation happened and the nig fucked off after he saw it was too much. What causes this? Why don't we see this with other Yuros?
