For me it's the people who live in the empty room above mine, one has a droning monotone voice, the other has a weird squeaky helium voice, they only address me directly every now and then to scream at me for how disgusting I am but mostly they just repeat the same conversation about how awful I am. They also bugged my car so that any time the radio or AC are on they can speak to me even though they mostly just discuss me with each other.
