FemanonI don't understand how mutually exchanging affection/gifts/making demonstrative gestures to prove your love can happen authentically, nonetheless how can soo many people feel like it's the default so not having it is a failure I've been in "love" as in i really admired a guy but it was more voyeristic. I liked him as I'd like a book character. I fantasize about becoming a ghost and watching him. We had somewhat romantic interaction but I lied a lot because I wanted to see how he'd react to different information abd events that didn't actually happen to me. I didn't really enjoy his attention much and didn't want it to be mutual (only if it meant I'd get more access to info about him)
>>85726689this is so crazy kek, are all women mentally ill
>>85726689Maybe it comes with age when people get desperate to be picked and start a family. Though imho relationships between a wife and a husband are more like relationships between cousins or siblings with very rare sex and without that unique kind of love. Maybe it's a mental deformity from growing up in a culture with arranged marriages
>>85726689It's a healthy view btw. Wanting all the attention for yourself because muh social contract is selfish and idiotic
