I have type 4 phimosis. Is it cool if I just let it be? I don't plan on ever having sex anyways so I don't think it's a big deal. If it's a huge risk medically, how can I fix it? I'm 23 years old so will stretching and cream work? Or is it too late for that and circumcision is the only option? Also how painful is stretching?
