The scheduling was rough, but I never found myself in actual pain from anything I dealt with day to day. Psychologically it was constant stress though. Have been working in heavy industry since 2021, and while the work is a lot more physically and intellectually intense, and I deal with very expensive parts and machinery, it's far less stressful than customer service and sales.
