This does happen in europe especially certain cunts.

Nta, it isn't. Five years ago when I was unemployed, one of the places I applied to was a small town mom and pop restaurant wanted only wanted someone with five years of employed experience washing dishes.
>>
seems strange to me that anyone would have more than 1 year of experience as cashier or dish washer. you either move up into management or find a better job after that long

I applied to a mom and pop small engine shop once and they told me I was overqualified. it's like they only wanted to hire crack head mechanics

I've seen several small grocery stores with signs saying "Stock boy wanted, minimum 1 year experience" or something along those lines. Whether it's corporate HR or small mom and pop style places, basically everybody in hiring is completely insane.

should have been working since you were 16, bucko. They don't want to have to hold your hand and teach you how to do basic shit.
