How true is it that we want partners that remind us of our parents?
I personally don't see it, my village has ton of girls my age who were my childhood friends when I used to go there every summer but I never developed feelings towards them
What I see as my type is completely different, my mom is basically a doormat to everyone but I'm attracted to assertive girls who are high achievers and very competitive
