I should've also clarified that cases where it isn't rape most likely get massively under reported because of a similar reason to the reason I gave for it being under reported where both people are of a similar age. Neither party wants to comprimise their relationship.
This might also not be the case if a significant amount of people dissociate during the experience. It's not something that can be easily determined with statistics of a number of biases that exist within the sample size.
