How do I force myself to do stuff like play vidya instead of rotting and waiting for the right time?

I go to bed at 8 and wake up at 6 am so i have a margin of error for hours where i can be bored then go do something i enjoy. i also have school but that barely takes up my time which is mostly reserved for vidya

>>85832676i have this issue too and i believe its just the result of having too much free time. its easy to put off things that give you any less instant gratification than your phone does if you have all the time in the world to do it, even if its something you want to do. normal people are busy enough that they make sure to get in their gaming sessions during the only slot in the day where they can, but losers like us dont have that urgency, so we put it off. im frustrated with it too because i run out of things to do on my phone so fast, but looking for more things to do on it is easier than getting up and booting up a game or something. i wish i had an answer for you but i dont.
