Undeveloped land. Loads of it. Shit land. Useless land. Cheap land. Low tax land. AI and robotics is going to destroy cash, bitcoin, homes, gold, stocks, everything, but it will also make it easier to develop land by a mile. Least that is the conclusion I came up with.
