I don't think I can cope with turning 30 anons. It's right around the corner. I don't how things came to this I was 18 literally 5 seconds ago.

Enjoy your time. 30's go by fast as hell.
>>
kek. how are your fellow ancient dinosaurs doing?
>>
I already knew I was an unc at 25. I fully embraced and accepted my unc status from there

How much of that time was spent doomscrolling and watching pointless videos? Some people only live into their 40s.
>>

most of it lol

I'd be more scared of turning 40. You never see people in their forties posting to the internet anymore. And midlife crisis is a thing.

Theres already a oldies thread with a guy posting nostalgia images, why not post there?

You cope at 30 by treating everyone in their twenties like they're retards (which they are) and being confident in what you like without caring for what the kiddos think is cringe.

If you do the same thing every day, your brain mashes them into the same memory. So, doing what you did for the past turn of the zodiac is like a form of time travel. Get off the train when you want to start living your life. Don't just stay on until the end and miss the whole world.

nobody is exempt from getting old and dying, that's just how messed up life is, everyone has to grow up and lose their innocence and realize they are going to die and make peace with it. Life is truly dark.

>the movie is going to end ugghhh why am I even watching this stupid movie if it's going to end anyway

Its really not a big deal, especially when theres so much information out there and new medical advances to retain your youth. Time to start taking your health seriously if you havent been already. Get your bloodwork done and ask for a comprehensive evaluation. Supplements like NAD+/NNM, megadose vit d + k2, magnesium. Jump on minoxidil as soon as you notice any hairloss or rosemary oil if you wanna use something natural, micro needling, zinc + copper for grey hair. If youre worried more about not accomplishing anything and falling behind your peers just remind yourself that many of those who did everything society coerced them are debtslaves living payback to paycheck and either single or in oofy doofy relationships. The grass is always greener etc. Dad told me when I was a teen that his 30s were his best years and hes a chadish normie. Theres plenty of ways to cope in this dystopia but you can also channel what youre feeling into a sense of urgency to fuel whatever goals you have.

30s are pretty good anon, take it from an unc who's 36 this year.
Yes it feels weird how time flies and how you feel young despite being 30. But you are young, don't spend the youth in shock about the passage of time.

enjoy being 30 because in another 3 seconds you'll be 40

people who don't take vitamins are retarded. its like the bare minimum thing you can do for your health.

I recently turned 30 let me tell you nothing has changed. I know people close to 40. They tell me the exact same thing.
