I really like being called daddy. A long time ago, someone online called me daddy as a joke, and to this day I still think about it. It felt very validating, very empowering. Made me feel like a real man. Sometimes I wonder if compliments or words like this could have such a detrimental effect on me if they sway me this much. I try not to let others compliments or insults faze me because of that. Just words anyway. Right?

Thank you, but for me, when they said it it was out of nowhere and it hit me like a ton of bricks. It's rare that I feel such a high like that anyway. Made me want to embody it all the more. It's like when someone calls you reliable or honest. It makes you want to conform to that to truly say, that you're actually like that. To stay consistent I guess.
