Hypergamy has always been womens nature. Social media perpetuating the gender war has done way more damage, sure less men may get divorce raped and women can experience the sexual thrill of getting pumped and dumped by chad but people are missing out on 'young love' when actual fufiling long term relationships (like at least the better half of a year) during late teens while hormones are raging and before becoming jaded by life are the peak of romanticism. Everyones too in thier head now and worried about being becoming a laughing stock by being genuine and failing all caught in 4K for the world to see, at least thats what I would feel like if I was born post 1990's
