Can you move to another eu country as someone with shit qualifications. Would getting vocational training in being a barber or something be enough?

I am a eu citizen. Yes i am ok with learning the language before i move. I just want to stay somewhere pretty for a few years.

If you're a Schengen resident you can freely move to any other Schengen country. Most of the time all you need to do is report to the destination country that you've moved there.
