Is it true that starting from age 30, every joint and body part hurts and you're in chronic pain 24/7?
>>85841567Nah. I did have a scare a while back where my lower back started hurting out of nowhere and I thought that was just the way things were going to be now but it went away after I started stretching more.
Yes, it is. People over thirty that say otherwise, have just been aching for so long they've forgotten what it was like without pain.
2d lesbians always look so blissful
Depends on genetics and how you've treated your body in your 10s and 20s.
>>85841567Depends. I feel the same as I did 10 years ago, but I have a friend with back pain, carpel tunnel, balding, and gets headaches more days than not. He is barely healthy enough to ever even game with me anymore. Flip of the coin how you turn out.
>>85841567i don't know, anon. i'm a piece of shit with scoliosis. put two and two together. i'm 22 with chronic pain.
>>85841567You're confusing 30, with mid-40s, which is the point where you begin stretching, before doing anything really strenuous and wake up with twinges and you can't figure out why the fuck it hurts.
>>85841567No. Maybe you start to notice it around mid 30s but it's not that bad. You don't even notice the pain after a while.
>>85841567No, if you remained active throughout your twenties, your thirties feel fine. If you remain active in your 30s, your 40s will feel fine, active during 40s, 50s will hit, your body literally starts to degrade here but activity does minimize aches. Basically, what a lot of people call pain and aches is from years and years of being sedentary catching up to them and muscular imbalances causing pains and aches and shifts in your gait which causes spinal imbalance and so on and so forth. It all compounds upon itself.
