>>85842497No there's a huge bottleneck with nursing education right now. Chances are you'd be on a waiting list, assuming you even met the requirements.

>>85842497I'm not God, and I can't predict the future. >>85842476At 37 you should be a thousand years past the point of giving a shit about what cocomelon paw patrol skibidy-toilet retards think. You're there to speedrun a credential
>>85842399>i'm 37I think this will become more common as people start switching fields due to AI.
>>85842527Same, I keep dreaming there's a 5th year the everyone has to attend long after senior year and I always get anxious about having done nothing with my life since then. I always wake up drenched in sweat.

>>85842399>tips for college?Dont be 37
I did community college at 22-24. Can't imagine what it's like as a middle aged, but more importantly why?
>>85842399Try to fuck the cute zoomettes.
Im 34 in my final year of engineeringIts mostly been fine, the worst part is you'll realise how stupid and lazy 18 year olds are because they have time on their side and can afford to mess up. Just keep your head down, do your work and don't try and make friends with young people, they'll think you're weird and theres nothing you can do to change that. If they attach themselves to you that's one thing but don't be desperate. Also start your coursework the day you get it. Even if its just an introduction. You'll thank yourself when everyone is stressing to get something in and you've finished it months ago. Good luck
>>85842399If it makes you feel any better I'm classmates with this one Belarusian guy, he's likely older than you, has a wife & two kids, is failing the engineering courses from what I can tell and he doesn't give a single shit about any of that. He's quite intriguing honestly. He grew up in Belarus but had to evacuate due to Chernobyl and relocated to Moscow. Point is, you may feel like an outlier but University students of your age are more common than you'd think. Just complete the 4-5 year prison sentence that is University and become a sugar daddy or something.>>85843784I'm 22 and I agree completely with your sentiment on younger people. People are getting more and more ageist, though befriending anyone in University beyond having someone to study with is quite pointless unless you have shared interests outside of class.
>>85842405>Get a CPAno. you'll be doing grunt work until you're 50.>>85842476>Is it awkward to be around other students?sometimes. I went back for my degree when I was 40. the fact that I was able to carry on intelligent conversations with professors made me stand out. I could have gotten laid numerous times but I'm married.>>85843563>tips for college?>Dont be 37actually, this. you're already there but for you younger people, get as much education you can while you are young. going to night school while working, married and have kids is a grind.>>85843595>Try to fuck the cute zoomettesseriously, there are students (male and female) that will see you as fresh meat.
>>85844031I didn't tell him to work at Merrill Lynch, I told him to get a CPA.
>>85842476Dunno how it is in the US, but in Germany it is relatively common to be in classes with guys 35 and older. I started at 30 and graduated shortly before my 34th birthday, my other college mate was 36 and turned 40 when he graduated.
