Imagine if you cut into your urethra from there and sliced it down to your balls like a steaming hot dog. Then, you'd essentially have an external vagina but without a womb. Your pee wouldn't come out the pee hole anymore because it's just split open. Hence, the cliterus not having a hole and it basically being just a mini flesh dildo.
