The only way we are ever going to fix ourselves is a group enlightenment (for example, the 3rd Impact from NGE) or we are going have to start culling people, which eventually is going to start not working out.Humans as a whole are really crappy, and the only reason why we haven't wiped ourselves out yet is because of sheer luck and people being suspicious of each other.
