There is a coffee shop near where I live that I like going to. I have gone there for four or five years now. Lately I have been going multiple days a week for hours at a time because all my college classes are online. It is a really nice place. The owner is a cool guy. I have his number. There are lots of cute girls who work there, but I do not ever ask them out because I do not want to be the creepy guy who hangs out at the coffee shop to get the baristas numbers. There was one of the baristas that I asked out a few years ago, but that was a little different. She would regularly come into the bookstore that I used to worked at, so it seemed different. She said no, but she was really nice about it and she is still friendly with me. On two separate occasions, there were two baristas who obviously liked me. One of them moved away, and the other one got a boyfriend, so I missed my chance with both of them. There is a girl who started working there recently who is REALLY attractive. She is like a 10 out of 10 Stacy. The other day she was doing something and I could not help but stare, which I know makes me seem like a total creep. She turned around and caught me staring. I felt like a complete idiot. I do not think I could ever ask her out. Not just because I think it would make the whole coffee shop experience weird, but because I have a lot of personal problems and I feel like the relationship would not last long. By my own assessment I think I am a good looking guy and have a lot of traits that women like, but I have only ever asked out three girls in my life and they all said no. What do you guys think? Femanon input is preferable.
I think you're getting way ahead of yourself anon. If you start going to that coffee shop with the intention of getting close to a woman who's also there a lot of the time then you're basically giving up on enjoying the nice atmosphere and coffee that place offers because now your level of comfort there hinges completely on whether that girl is present or not. Don't you think that would be a real shame?
From what you've described, her not seeming interested or realistic and you having personal issues that would make a relationship difficult, not asking her out would be the best course imo
>>85845391Don't do itThe best way to find a gf is to ask out women who you have a deeper connection withCold approaches based on appearance are unlikely to work if you're not a literal gigachad
>>85845403Yeah I realize this. That's part of why I have never attempted to pursue any of the women there. That being said, I live in a pretty tightly knit community, so some of the workers there are also a part of my larger social circle, and some of them I know from outside the shop, so like half of all the girls I know work there. I still don't really want to ask any of them out though, since that might risk ruining the whole coffee shop experience
>>85845922It wouldn't really be a cold approach though since I'm a regular there, I'm friends with some of the workers, and some of them I know from outside the coffee shop.
