No. I think genes matter but other things have to go wrong (or not go right) for someone to become evil.If pure genetic evil exists, it's extremely rare. I think for most cases that seem like pure genetic evil, there's sometimes more to the story. For example their parents can train them to be overly narcissistic and entitled to the detriment of others, which is harder to spot as bad parenting from the outside than clear cut abuse.
